Saxophone & clarinet instrumentalist; jazz and classical genres

I have been playing the saxophone for 33 years and the clarinet for 20 years. While I consider myself to be a performer first, I have a deep love of music education and am currently the band director at Ballard High School in Seattle. I have studied classical saxophone at the highest levels and am also an expert in jazz and improvisation. I can teach saxophone and clarinet lessons in addition to improvisation and music theory on any instrument. I currently am teaching out of my studio in Poulsbo or am available for online lessons as well.
